Hard Fork
This release implements a hard fork on Mon, 15 Aug 2016 14:00:00 GMT if the majority of witnesses upgrade.
This release will fix the following issues:
- minimal rshares per vote will now be enforced
- new proof of work algorithm that prevents short cut calculations
This is a release tagged on master and is identical to the rc3 release tagged on staging.

EDIT: steemd works totally fine, unless you try to add more than one miner.
If you have a list of miners and comment all except one miner out, it still won't work. Once you delete all but one entry entirely, the build will work again. You were extremely fast @bitcube, yet it would be really cool if you could fix this :)
steemd starts up fine for the first time, but as soon as i update the config file and start steemd again, it just shows "steemd.exe hast stopped working". am i doing something wrong? I know that the config settings should work, because it worked with the 12.2 miner as well..

Anybody else lose hashrate with this new miner? I dropped about 15,000hps with this upgrade from 45,000hps to 28,000hps. If it's common that's ok if not then damn that sucks.
