There is hunger in the land

Hello friends, I am delighted you stopped by today it’s my pleasure to welcome you to today’s post. How are you and your loved ones doing today, hope you are all keeping safe at home under this lock down.

Well actually, I had a nice day today not because I had some credit alert on my phone or because I ate the best meal ever but because today was very peaceful day compared to other days that we had issues with notorious criminals coming to disturb the peace of the community, I honestly pray it continues like this and that they stop their criminal activities for good.

I had to do some occupy of work today, which involves cleaning, feeding and taking good care of the chicks as I always do. During their breakfast this morning, while I was giving them their meal I noticed the kind of hunger that was in their eyes. Honestly speaking I have never seen such kind of hunger in them before.
I was thinking the hunger strive that is in the land is only affecting humans, I never knew that my chicks were also included you can imagine. Lol.

Few hours ago, we got some heart breaking pictures and videos showing where many people are dying as a result of hunger, many of them do not have food to eat. Those that got some food to eat as a result of help rendered to them do not know when they will have their next meal.

The rate at which things are going we really do not know what the future holds for us, if people are asked to stay at home and not to go out to do their business and the necessary materials are not provided for them then I think to survive will be very difficult in a time like this. Even before the corona virus started and the lock down order was given there was hunger in the land how much now that many business places have been locked down. They even go as far flogging and punishing people who come out to do one or two things just to put food on their table.

If there is anytime we need help from the government I think that time is now if u ask me. The little we have is judiciously managed to the best of our ability nobody knows what the future has in stock for us.
