    @brittuf That's right! Buy and HODL. Too bad I can't use fiat to buy Steem on Steemit. They have to do something about that, it would help pump Steem's price!

    I second buying steem with usd. Also, would be nice to have debt card that you can use anywhere that uses STEEM like bitpay uses bitcoin. that way you don't have to cash out till you actually need the money

      There's an Australian website called livingroomofsatoshi that allows payments from various cryptocurrency into credit cards, bills, bank accounts, etc. Steem is included.

      I just discovered this the other day.

          Once they get involved in the fiat exchange business it gets a whole lot harder to operate the service from a regulatory perspective. Fact of the matter is everything resides in the blockchain. Bringing fiat currencies would change that.

                      I think it might have something to do with vote bots...They make a need for SBD, but who knows SBD makes strange moves so its hard to tell why it does what it does
