@chesatochi, Yes, Both Delgated Steem Power and Steem Power is really vital and in my opinion we can define both as, Delegated Steem Power = Supportive Stake and Steem Power = Holder's Stake. So, it's really important to Accumulate Steem Power so that we increase our Organic Stake. But every aspect holds it's own importance for sure.

Crazy rain and wind. I have never paid to get delegated steem power. I have delegated steem power a few times. Doesn't pay very well I don't think.

It was not the best place to shoot a video, cold, rain and wind! Nothing wrong to buy for delegation, but you don't make your money back from those operations or barely a break even.
