I tested it out and when you have at least 10 tokens, you can use the tag #cc
From then on, people who are commenting on your post are getting 1 token. It's in fact a way to give something back to who takes the time to comment on your post, replacing the useless upvote on comments...
But I still don't understand why one should have more than 10 tokens in his wallet... don't get the added value here...

Warum gehen die Rewards ins Nirvana? Ihr braucht doch im Moment jeden Reward gerade auch um das RC Problem was jeder am Anfang hat in den Griff zu bekommen. Deshalb rufe ich noch mal auf!!

Es müssen keine grosse Summen sein. Habe selber erst vor kurzem 20 Steem delegiert. Und diese sind ja nicht weg. Diese arbeiten für uns und wenn wir, ich meine das passt alles so nicht! Dann holt man sie sich diese wieder.
