you need to install python's dateutil.parser

try the following:

sudo easy_install pip
sudo pip install python-dateutil

        you can use any name you want. the script takes in one file as input on the command line, i.e.

        python steem-autovote-bot.py example2.yaml
        or
        python steem-autovote-bot.py autovote.yaml
