VIDEO : The benefits of STEEM POWER UP 100%steemCreated with Sketch.

EDIT : In this video I am actually WRONG about the price paid for steem being lower then the external market, it's NOT, but it is still better to power up and use the power on steemit rather than sell SBD externally

Ya im going to stick with the power up method, seems like less hassle and plus I don't need to wait 3.5 days for dollars to convert to STEEM.

After yo're guidance i'm changing from 50/50 to 100% Steem Power.

now I am confused. I read a lot of posts arguing that it makes more sense to get 50% in SBD and convert it on the market due to the overvaluation of SBD on the external markets?!?

that leads you to sell externally, it's better to power up and use the power to your benefit on steemit

yes, the opposite would yield the same result, in this video I am actaully WRONG about the price paid for steem being lower then the external market, it's NOT, but it is still better to power up and use the power on steemit rather than sell SBD externally

Word! more power = more rewards! And according to @penguinpablo i'll net more power with the 50/50 option...

thanks for clarifying!

Always power up!

Great suggestion, Thanks for the info and the post.

Thanks for this useful tip.
However if the market is down, i.e. the price of stem is going down, It is better to keep the payments in SBD. However it is not the current situation.

When you are new at steemit, you have 1 Steem Power but a larger amount in brackets, also in Power. What does it mean?

Great advice! Thanks for all your videos.

i new in steemit and i like all subject and i will done all

Need to change it from 50/50 to 100 percent! Need more content thanks

Great!
Learned it from another video you posted but didn't really understand why.
Thanks 👍

Interesting point of view, I will follow your advice.

@craig-grant You are a little wrong here. In the internal market the price is low because 1SBD is taken to be 1$ . The calculations on the website are all done in SBD. But as SBD is already trading at around 2$ you get the same amount by selling in both markets.
For example, let 1STEEM=1$ and 1SBD=2$.
Your post makes 100$. If you choose 50/50 you'll get 50 STEEM POWER and 25 SBD.
If you do 100% you get 100 SP. Let's say you powered down and got 50 steem and for simplicity, the prices are still the same. If you sell those at the internal market, you'll receive 25 SBD whose value is 50$ and if you exchange it for btc you get 50$ worth of btc. Which is same in both the cases.

yes

Do I loose every time I up vote someone's post..?

Awesome! I'll keep it in mind the next time I post. I followed you :)

Yup, you make sense. I ll go for 100% from my next post onwards. Thank you!

Thank you for this!
