After speaking with the owner a bit, I convinced him that he should give steemit.com a shot.
And now they are here!
What BMJ Does
Basically what they do is that they spend their time looking and analyzing ICOs and separate the wheat from the chaff. They share that knowledge on their website and sometimes exclusive information to their newsletter subscribers.

Nice! Seeing an established crypto journal hit Steemit further increases my belief in the Steem platform (as if that was needed). Steemit has pretty much the perfect user base for any crypto-related magazine, so I'm surprised that so few have jumped in yet.

I don't touch ICOs as a rule and I generally stay away from fintech/finacial news. I had a serious problem with the whole FOMO thing when I was trying to trade It just never went well. I quit trading and I only invest now. I generally get my info from white papers and dev communities or by looking at the product.
That being said I know many don't have my idiosyncrasies and will get alot of value from @bitcoin-journal and that they will make a big contribution to this network. Glad to have them aboard and glad to have @cryptoctopus out there hustling for us.

Very useful their coin ratings, that’s what we realy need and this makes the decision much easier. They are completely righ the coin era is a new way of investment, just like it was 100s years ago with company’s shares. At that time they were saying the same story “it’s just a paper with no value” and they were wrong, just like they are wrong now.

I'm not much of a cryptocurrency day-trader, I just don't have the time to put into it at the moment, so I'm very much a long-term holder type of investor, so it sounds like your articles would be perfect for me.

It is wonderful to see such prominent sites start to join steemit. We are making progress in that department.
This is really a treasure trove for cryptocurrency knowledge. There are so many people with intimate experience with it that I think it is close to the best there is. This addition will only assist in moving this place to the top of that list.
As for the STEEM report, I think they might be best served looking into that one. A blockchain with 50K active daily members who are dedicated and producing great content surely warrants a look.
STEEM is an undervalued gem...laying in the weeds just waiting to be found.
