Your STEEM balance is slightly less than 1% of your steem power balance, which means you have received your first payout.
Further down you can that the next payout is scheduled in 5 days.
Looks like everything is working as intended.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
