STEEM the Best Investment into Q1 2018

Great post. Thanks for all of your viewpoints Crypto-Investor. I recently just put a lot into XRP after you recommended it in your top 5. I was wondering what kind of price point you had on that and if you think its still worth holding some along with Steem. Thanks again in advanced.

I was also wondering if you had any thoughts on NXT ? I have been holding onto it for quite sometime, and the price has risen drastically due to the airdrop DEC 25. For every 1 nxt, you get .5 of Ignis. While everyone is buying for that reason, I strongly suspect the price will dive hard right after the airdrop. It makes me wonder what the better play is, selling off before the airdrop and securing profits, or sticking around for the airdrop to get the Ignis, and then try to sell but risking the 50% or more drop in price. Thanks for your time!

Airdrops it seems (bitcoin cash and bitcoin gold) do not in the end cause price drops in many instances we have record of. Maybe BTC is special, it should price drop after the event, but crypto is behaving very bullish so it may just keep going up.

XRP is a long long term play. The idea is that Ripple beats out or competes alongside SWIFT payments. With SWIFT payments in banking, we can send a wire internationally and it takes maybe 5 business days to get there. With XRP, you send it same day. This same day technology works as part of traditional banking procedures, meaning traditional banks can send global payments same day which they could never do before.

The idea behind this investment is that we are supposing or wagering, this causes the XRP currency to be a major currency in the future. This is not 100% guaranteed, but XRP has a far better shot of accomplishing this than say something like IOTA, SALT, Litecoin, perhaps even bitcoin since bitcoin is unlikely to integrate with traditional banking.

So XRP is like a 2 to 5 year timeframe investment. There may be periods as we have seen where it doesn't perform as well as other stuff, but each decent crypto gets its day / month. XRP is likely to break above 40 cents and touch new ATM's eventually, so long as they keep gaining traction in the banking world for payments and currency management.
