Steemit is still pretty barebones for the most part. We must remember, it is still in beta stage. With that being said, a lot of users have taken it upon themselves to create applications that enable many useful capabilities that are not yet apart of the Steemit interface.
Since joining back in December of 2017, I have discovered many useful tools that will enable users to accomplish much more than the average Steemian. I am happy to finally be able to compile all of which I have found so far in this list.
If I fail to mention something that you know of, please let me and the rest of the community know down in the comments below. Thank you to all of those who have worked on developing these amazing websites. I will give credit where it is due.

Extra Tips
Be aware that you only get 10, 100% upvotes a day. That equals out to 1000% percent daily. If you have unlocked the upvote slider (you get it at 500 Steem Power) then you can adjust your votes to be less than 100%. You can also do this with auto-upvotes using SteemVoter.
Doing this will allow you to vote more than 10 times a day. For instance, up to 1000 times a day if you were to upvote at just 1% each time. If you decide to upvote comments, it is wise to use a much lower percentage as to not burn all of your daily power. Really though, it is up to you how you vote, that is the true beauty of Steem.
Post layout is crucial, so are your tags. Try to create a proper header, spacers, footer, and signature. Using these consistently will give your blog a certain vibe that people remember.
Your post has 7 days to earn a reward. After that only comments can earn rewards, and you can no longer edit the post.

It is a pretty good list. I like steem rocks http://steem.rocks/daltono which I think is currently accurate about voting worth. I guess the steem price was higher when he made your upvote though. Currently it shows his solo upvotes are all worthless.

I believe the account is separate from your Steem account. So people have to actually create an account on Steemit.chat to be visible there. I really don’t use that one a whole lot, so I cannot say for sure how it works.
I prefer my email which is linked at the bottom of all of my posts on the “Contact” banner. I thought some people may think I should have had Steemit.chat on this list, so I included it.

Ok, I understand that may be the case. Which indeed is a shame, i did not know it isn’t updated regularly anymore.
On the flip side, it does still load, so people would be able to find whale accounts, whether or not it is totally up to date. Definitely not ideal, but not 100% broken yet.
