Greats needs for the Steem community especially those living in the Baltic states as Samsung stores starts to accept cryptocurrency payments. Here is the headline:

On June 28, Samsung stores across several of the Baltic States, made a huge a announcement that they would be soon accepting at least seven different cryptocurrencies for making purchases of Samsung Merchandise. It would be done through a new collaboration of the payment gateway processor Coppay, and the different Samsung stores in Tallin, Riga, Vilnus, and Kaunas - where customers will be able to pay with ETG, DASH, STEEM, LTC, XRP, AND BTC. As of now, the European payment processor Coppay, a fintech company of Europe, provides solutions to customers paying across 31 merchant locations.

Its these small developments that adds strength to Steem bottom-line and shows merchant adoption is taking shape. For Steemian in living in those states, it makes life much easier as Steem becomes part of their medium of exchange. These developments involving fintech companies like Coppay is win-win for the company involve and the cryptocurrency project as it add network effect to the cryptocurrency project and more brand traction to a company like Samsung.

Lets see if Steem can become the most used among the cryptocurrency 6 options. It would be great step for the project and lets see if the Steemians in the Baltic states can make it happen. If Steem can do the numbers, more companies would follow the trend. Can Steemians make it happen???
