Today i went to transfer some of my Steem into Australian Dollars, amazingly it has reached nearly $5 for 1 Steem. 
Crypto Currencies have made it into the mainstream, and the average Joe is now hearing about the potential rewards in investing into Digitial currencies.
The effect on the price of all of the Top Crypto's has been astounding, and it is still the tip of the iceberg with less than one person in 500 having invested as yet.
Seeing the value of Steem today makes me realise we are all so very lucky to here early, and developing our stake.
