Hello friends I write in this post in search of help, a few moments ago I clicked on the option that says: "Create new TRON Account" to generate my PDF of TRX keys. When I download I see that my TRX goes to 0.000 of approximately 400.000 TRX. I don't know where it could have been transferred (if I never hit the transfer button). Additionally, I already downloaded the TRON Link wallet and it is not reflected there either. PLEASE HELP!

Hello @diosmarymaiz1 I also encountered the same. I lost all my TRX balance.. What I did is I clicked link to existing TRON Trx account.. And input your old tron accnt address and active/posting key.. And you will get back your old tron txt account and its remaining balance. I didnt proceed yet with the power up using trx coz I want to retrieve my old trx tron account private key.
Ps just save your old tron trx account address and save also your new tron account address together with the key.

Yes. I can understand it. the big problem is that I have never had the first TRON key generated. So.. I think so that my TRX was falling in a "empty account "

your best option.. is to never use the tron / steem interface... becasue it leaves you vulnerable... If you take your private key that they provide you, use trons own wallet -> tronlinkpro -> a phone app / or a brower plugin (use the one on the official tron website tronscan.org / ) but yea take your private key -> and import it into that wallet. then never touch the tron section of your steem just let it be... any time you need to access your funds use your tronlink wallet...
steem is not connected to tron in any way... it is just a wallet sepperate from steem that shows your balance but your private keys can be loaded in here there and anywhere as long as its a tron wallet.
