He will use your money to downvote totally legit post and comment (I experienced it personally while making comment that has nothing to do with him whatsoever).
Check it he literally spend huge sum of money (your money) exclusively to down vote haejin, I m p^pretty sure that this has nothing to do with the service you re paying him for and will lead to less upvote for you

i would not feed this toxic individual ...

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
