Yes because u just pay to get one setup for u.. but u need a minimum of 10,000 steem (maybe less now) to qualify

      You just need steem power to qualify. Right now your bot wouldt be able to give any upvotes.. if u ever hor 5000 sp then u qualify!

          Its open source! U can grab the code for one bot but u have no server or voting power so i dont see how unwill do it
