I'm not sure about the spammer or ID theft. But I could see the "plagiarist". Just a comment: Not everybody in the world is good at creating original content. Sometimes, the best ideas are ideas that somebody else has, that you can agree with. Reddit is mostly about sharing other peoples ideas. I imagine this has all been discussed somewhere about how to make this a great site though.
