I was in a very sad situation and got the flag because of ignorance of the rules. It turns out that you can not buy upvote for messages that are already 5 days old. If you do this, @grumpycat can come and put a flag on you. Therefore, if you do not want to lose your money, do not do it!

Actually there is no rule whatsoever. Grumpycat is just that... grumpy. He has taken this on himself to punish people he thinks need it. He's even went after certain bot owners themselves.
Most bots are set to not accept bids afte 6 days, some are less but they don't flag you for it.

In my opinion it really needs to stop.
Sorry he flagged you but there are also no rules against him doing that.
He likely flagged you because your posts are just a picture with very little words. People frown on those type of posts here and many people will in fact flag you for it. Especially if they see you cashing out on them using bots. There is no rule anywhere against it but people don't like it cause they consider it spam.
If he is looking at you now I would advise adding more content to your posts to avoid further flagging.
