If you're talking about receiving them then get as many as you can! :)

10 is the suggested limit at 100% of voting power. If you can vote at 50% of your power then you can vote on 20 posts in a day without having to regenerate your vote power.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
