Sleep Paralysis!

Hello Steemians!
Today am going to talk to you about dreams and virtuality.

1)Have you ever heard of sleep paralysis??
Have you ever experienced it?? It is a transitional phase between waking up and sleeping whereby you can neither talk nor move, and people often feel that they are dreaming, but they are 100% awake. They experience hallucinations. People often feel suffocated, and feel the presence of natural entities in the room. It can be really horrifying.

Sleep paralysis is more likely to occur at least once in each person's lifetime.

Sleep paralysis does not mean that the person is dreaming, as his/her eyes are open, and his/her senses are still alert.

Very frightening visions may occur, voices may be heard. Some people claimed to have seen dark shadows in the room with them.
-- What is more terrifying is that people all around the world, who do not have any type of contact whatsoever have reported to have experienced the same vision.
Many psychiatrists have noted that many patients report the presence of a hideous old hag. It is very difficult to report why so many people experience the same visions.

Is it terrifying or exciting? Have you ever gone through this?

Have experienced this many times since I was a child until about 8 years ago. It is absolutely terrifying! Several of these feel as if I was hearing souls calling out from hell.

They also say it's when your spirit is stuck in another place you visited while asleep and not come back properly into your body as it's waking up.

I completed a ritual with help from the Arch Angels and haven't had an experience since.

It`s very scary :/
