Usually Echanges like Bittrex have the most recent market developments.
Coinmarketcap also does a good job. But is a little bit slower.

Coinmarketcap ist about 1-2 hours behind and Bittrex is closed, no more new sign ups until they have solved some problems …

Then I don't know. Bittrex is the only exchange i trust.
I ocasially use Bianance for coins that aren't listed on Bittrex.
And I keep hearing about this Bitshares thing, what it supposed to be a decentralized exchange. But I haven't had the time yet to study that platform.
