Little reminder about 'Power Up 100%' - postssteemCreated with Sketch.

You can use them again without worrying on losing out.

Since the price of SBD dropped below 1 USD, the witnesses have updated their pricefeeds to signal no bias or a negative one.

This means you won't lose out by choosing 'Power Up 100%' for your posts.

( If you don't know what I mean check this post )

Also it's safe again to use the 'Convert to STEEM' function in the wallet.*

*In fact, you might get a little discount.

The peg doesn't seem to be working too good. Up to $2 then now back under $1. It was supposed to bring stability.

Crypto-traders don't seem to care for our peg :)

Thanks for sharing. Im still learning steem and steem dollars. I have a feeling the more i learn about the two the better ill be able to help keep sbd pegged at $1 and make some crypto for my effort!

Upvoted and followed, thanks for sharing! I've already changed my default to Power Up 100%, but I didn't realize there was a downside. Here only a month and still have a lot to learn. Cheers!

Thanks for the update.

It'd be neat to see Steemit abstract away these flunctuations for users.
e.g.

Users go to 'Convert to Steem' and are automatically directed to the Market instead if the SBD price is over a dollar. If its $1 or less, it just uses the normal conversion process.

Steem is a nice gateway to crypto and markets.
It'd be nice to see more people making educated financial decisions.

I agree with you! I will start using more 100% Powerr

Thank you for the info! It helps when you are new like I am :-) And thank you for the upvotes as well!

Now if only I had enough to choose the percentage lol

This option is not restricted by SP.

Thanks for the reminder @felixxx! Appreciate it.
