Careful not to shoot your load!

Now, don't think I'm being facetious!

I'm just advising caution when posting your content, as it's wise to spread it out. I'm finding that It's easy to get carried away when producing and posting, and being spurned on by the monetary factor or simply your love for content creating, you can Steem yourself out. I'm still trying to find the right balance and I read somewhere that there is a Steem bar of some kind, that is available to see how long you have to lay off the Steem, before being back to optimum power. I'm still researching this, so if any informed Steemian could provide any further information on the Steem bar, it would be greatly appreciated.

On average, I tend to post around four to five posts daily, but after three or four days, It seems as though I'm Steemed out. Does anyone have any good links to articles about striking the right balance with posting and upvoting, or even a link to that elusive Steem bar, so I can carry out some type of analysis?

Many thanks,

Flatrider

I'm still a noob but I was told to average around 4 post in 24 hrs anymore then that won't do as well. On votes space out 20 minutes apart might help and 10 a day. I believe the bar your talking about is steemd@flatrider. Hopefully that will help a little. I'm still learning :) Good luck. Do you by chance know how to do a screenshot on a laptop?

Jen you're an Angel and thank you so much! I have no idea how to do a screenshot on a laptop, but I would have to try and see if Google or YouTube could help with that one. Thank you once again. Upvoted and Following.

I just found another one called steemvoter.com that looks helpful as well :) Thanks for the vote and follow. Appreciate that. Toot toot. Steam express love it. My intro has a train lol Get on board the steemit train.

Brilliant and thanks Jen! All aboard! ;-D
