先是法币转换成中间币（建议eth）再从中间币转换成steem。可以在比特儿或者币赢上法币买入eth提现到币安上买入steem。

      eth大部分交易所提现费是0.01个，这样的矿工费确认速度很快的，比btc快很多，btc更多是交易所内部交易以及某些情况下的避险工具了。
