Steem does not provide tools to upload video to post steemit

After opening the App Center Steem I did not find a product to upload video, while I focus on the content videography must first upload to other sites. I want directly upload video content in products supplied by steem. Kindly consideration of the steem.

      I do not know whether the Steem has a cooperation agreement with other parties, such as youtube
