When I opened my account, steem delegated 27.50 steem with my new account.
Now 30min ago, steem just delegated 11 steem on my account ? I'm I the only one or is this going to be accross the board ?
Steem just halved my account ? Why ?

i think they give you 30 delegated steem, and it starts to taper off. do you mean they removed steem (as opposed to the delegated steem they gave u)?
