And that is a lie.
Claiming account (by using available Resource Credits) is what people with SP do. Just to utilize their RC for potential future use such as account creation. It is not account creation by itself.
Maybe check the numbers and my activity?
Make a list of:
"Top Author Rewards per Month relative to SP held by account" - getting author rewards
or
"Amount of Comments per Month" - "spam"
you will see people who are leading in those categories.
