Managing adult contents

Critical for wide audience adoption

Steem needs to make sure adult contents are properly managed. This can be done in a decentralized way. People with reputation and tokens can vote it to mark it as an adult content. We do need to respect the sense of universal morality that exists in our society. So here is what I propose.

within the upvote/downvote arrow have another cool button for adult content. The swarm will decide if it's an adult content or not ( in a fully decentralized way). Then once a critical threshold of swarm input is reached ( Swarm consensus), the content will be moved to adult section. Before anyone opens the adult section there should also be age related warning. This is to just warn those who make a mistake by clicking. Sometimes there are things that can be cruel and inhumane that people can post and we the swarm need to have the ability to push that aside.

Im a newbie on Steem and Im currently attempting to write a diary, journal, call it what you will about my life as a Camgirl. I think it's important that I don't post xxx pictures and vids here. There are so many other places to post that and I'm trying to bring some elegance back into the industry. I think it's all gone a bit gutter porn like these days. Seems that the art, and adult modelling is an art, is slowly being devoured by the large corporate sites. Something I'd like to, but never will be able to change the way the industry is going. But I suppose, while the regulations are in place to aid the easy distribution of adult content to the masses for free, the industry will continue down a path of self destruction.

The #NSFW tag is recommended for content that's inappropriate to some audiences. Steemit filters those posts already. Everything else is and will be downvoted and hidden that way.

@argah proposed an extended approach here https://steemit.com/steem-standards/@arhag/explicit-nsfw-standard

I think a simple check box on the submit page would be the simplest way for people to specify nsfw content.

So we would need a tag for it or a way to filter.

so maybe community can filter it. At one point, I can imagine getting swarmed with porn.
