I think setting up systems to identify and fight the abusive behaviors is the way to go rather than banning the junk food :)
@grumpycat are you still working on a system to ID this type of thing? I'd like to learn more about it.

Exactly, so it would be better to have a system where we identify abusive accounts and take action against them over attempting to ban all bots (an impossible task for steemit)
Many are working to fight abuse, and many are getting sick of not abusing their power and watching others do so.
Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
Submit
