I wanted to start this post on a positive note because there is negativity is all over the place at the moment.
We have a bad run of low prices for the last 3 or 4 months and this seems to not be ending soon!
I will not talk about the bad crypto prices here though but mostly about Steem/SBD
I just celebrated one year on Steemit and will be writing this from that experience.
I joined Steemit when the prices of Steem were around this similar last June/July! The activity was low and we really had great content discovery and we could earn much SP!
Beauty Of Low Steem Prices
I have realised that when the prices are high,the number of users on Steemit decresaes.It has to be noted that many people come here for the money only.
I also have to admit that many people who join Steemit hope to earn a quick buck and when prices are bad they quit.(let them go)
1. Much Steem Power
As i said in the paragraph above,we are able to earn much SP now because of increased rewards fund!
You can check the updated rewards fund from Steem.supply
The rewards fund is the amount of Steem available to be mined by us(from commenting and posting).
This is easy to explain,when the prices are down,the Steemit users are few o mine the available Steem.
We have an all time refunds fund at $1m…..or 750k Steem…..!!! Wonderful
It is advisable to keep posting and engaging on Steemit at this time because a lot of SP can be earned.
For the new people SP stands for Steem Power and it helps you have influence on Steemit.
The more Steem Power you have,the more influence you can have on Steemit,so if you want to have much influence in the next 2 years here ...better stuck up enough SP now….
I remember there was another time either last year or this year when the prices were low i remember stacking some SP...which will be beneficial to me in 3 years from now!
The problem with most of you is that you are short term thinkers(you have a get rich quick mentality!!!)
I again say that,this is the right time to be active on Steemit,do what majority cannot do(and that's being active).
I remember reading this quote below sometime,don't remember the author though!
Success is not for the chosen few,but for the few who chose it!
Let that statement above sink in folks,you can read it numerous times .

2. Engagement
This is the right time to create engagement with whales on Steemit.You know why….?? THere are a few people and you can easily connect.
We should all be aware by now that in any endeavour,people skills count for 80%...!!

I have to assure you that however much you write great posts...which many have written,you need eyeballs on those posts and you have to create relationships.
There is a quote below by one of the masters of personal development Dale Carnegie,he wrote a classic book called “How To Win Friends and Influence People” go check it out
The low Steem prices is the right time to start genuinely connecting with people on Steemit and as i said above,it is us the human beings who will upvote on your posts!
It is really easy to connect at the moment because a few or no spammers are active hahahha. You know those guys who comment “nice post,upvote me ...follow me” Honestly have you seen those comments in the last 2 months...No!
So folks create engagement with the whales as there are few interruptions in form of spammers.
The people active now are also the ones who believe in the long term future of Steem and whales will be feely willing to support you!
In conclusion guys,be more active now than ever....this is the time that will pay off later.
The work you do now will pay off in 3 or 4 years time! Now some of you are saying that 4 years is a long time......let me tell you the 4 years will pass anyway!!! Always remember that folks....Grind now and play later when he spammers come back when the prices are high!

Your right @jaraumoses about continuous engagement in steemit even though with low SBD prices, I have learned that its with in this moment that I can earn SP through comments and posts because I do want to have influence on steemit. Ela am here to stay and work harder.
