From my perspective, this week flew by extra quickly! I guess with all the prep work for the event and the thought of cooking BBQ for somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 to 130 people has caused me to realize how much work actually goes into this kind of planning. In other words, there is really nothing like a spring meetup with complementary smoked barbecue and the chance to potentially meet some new friends as well having a few crypto discussions over loud music to get me excited.
I want to take one last chance to remind people, tomorrow Saturday May 5th on Cinco de Mayo, everybody in the region of Montreal, Canada is invited to a BBQ that will be hosted at the Vlabs office here in beautiful Quebec
@ at 3469 Saint Laurent Street, just north of the corner of Sherbrooke.
The Steem BBQ will consist of
Smoked and seasoned roasted vegetables,
Salad with an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette dressing,
2 kinds of vegetarian burgers,
Cheeseburgers or Italian sausage
Chips, popcorn (cause that's what crypto people like) ;p
Individually wrapped little tiny chocolate square's
Eska Water,
Eska carbonated water,
Soda
NOTE*
Complementary BBQ will be available to early birds checking out the gathering from 6:45pm to 9:30pm
Keep in mind the event will continue after the BBQ is over for those not interested in having a bite.
Photos will be shared from the meetup for those who are not able to attend. If it is possible and you have not already done so, kindly drop a line in the comments section below to let me know how many people you'd like to bring if you are able to RSVP.
***You are welcome to bring alcohol or beer. As I mentioned above, non-alcoholic drinks will be available.
