What does this mean? Every month in the office we have a dinner where the most productive in the office are invited.
Every week we have a meeting in which we evaluate the established metrics such as: the number of transactions, the number of collections, the volume of commissions, among others. All of this translates into billing volume and at the end of the month all of us at the top of the list are invited to participate in a dinner.
At dinner, apart from having dinner, we do many other things such as sharing experiences, we talk about business and something very fun, we always do some dynamic with a surprise, this time it was a gift, a portable phone charger, the slogan was: do a certain action with mimes and whoever responds the fastest is considered the winner.
These moments, apart from making us feel good, allow us to strengthen our bonds.
