Well I don't normally check anymore the value of Steem in the market but today after I was logging in on my Steem Keychain (to do my usual daily Steem routine a.k.a SteemMonsters daily quest) I noticed that my 'Estimated Account Value' has dropped to almost 100 USD in one night!
As what I expected, almost all of the cryptocurrencies in the market are currently in the red and our very own Steem has dropped now to a new low of $0.132233 USD.
Quite disappointing really to see Steem's market value to be almost below $0.1 USD but honestly I'm no longer anymore surprise.
Anyways, if there is one upside to all of this (Steem's current market value) is that when Steem finally starts to get the attention and value it deserves, I can also finally say that I have also stayed with the Steem platform in the lows. Lol
When I first started on this platform, Steem's market value was still around $7-$8 USD. Back then I kept hearing (or reading XD) a lot of orcas/whales bragging about how they stayed with Steem even when it's value was only less than $0.1 USD. That all those hodling and waiting was really worth it.
So yeah in the event that cryptocurrencies will soon again be the trend (if it's that still possible XD) and Steem's market value will once again rise up, I finally also have the right to say that I have stayed with Steem and believe in it even when it's almost value-less. Lol
LOL! Honestly the only good thing is that at least the rest of the market is going down too so it's not just a steem thing.

Out of habit I guess. XD I used to use the "life" tag months ago and by doing so I noticed that I occasionally get an upvote from the redes, newhope, etc accounts. Although lately after I included a lot of tribe tags on my post they no longer upvote posts of mine with the life tag lol

and when we get a taste of $$$ like with the 7-8$ prices you mentioned, it's hard to let go. Everyone deep inside hopes and believes that there will be a time that it will grow big again!
