These photos were taken on the Yoshino River. on the island shikoku in japan. It's a stretch water that is famous for its night fishing. The powerful green and yellow lights contrast with the darkness around them.
The lights are used to attract young " shirasu " feels to the surface, were fishermen scoop them up with nets.
