We have been waiting for a long time for something like this and I wouldnt have guessed it would happen in the first week of 2018.

Steem bubble qualification or is the bubble still waiting to happen?

Its really something. This could very well be call a steem bubble.

Five steps of a bubble

1. Displacement

A displacement occurs when investors gets enamored by a new mindset or paradigm, such as new technology or insterate that are historically low.
Over a year to a year and a half period steem was down. Its was so low that it went so close to the dollar that many started worry including myself.

2. Boom

Prices begin to rise slowly at first following a displacement, but then again momentum as more and more participants enter the market (steemit) setting the stage for the big boom phase. At this stage the asset (steem/steemit) attracts wide spread media coverage. For example @jerrybandfield has been doing great advertisments on fb etc and plus A lot of other people were and still is pushing steemit.

3. Euphoria

During this phase many people just realise that steem is a very power asset to invest in especially for those who as realized bitcoin is out of there reach. As caution get thorn to the wind and prices will sky rocket even further (10.00 to 15.00) even 20.00.

4. Profit taking

Everyone loves this parts as small and big investors takes there share but wait. Steemit is different thanks to how it was built and you have to power down to start getting your funds that was used to purchase steem power. Which make steem a unique asset to its crypto brothers.

A panic may happen but will or maybe when?

I'd say steemians don't panic
