Upex offers 20x upvote value delegation service
The newest delegation service is one of the best.
We are likely all familiar with the upvote delegation services that exist on STEEM, but now there's a new one that is super exciting to me.
It's clean, it's simple, it's geared toward investors or those that just want more exposure and a wider reach for their posts.
I am talking about @upex.
They put out an official announcement post the other day, which can be seen here:
They already have more than 412k sp delegated and that number keeps climbing...
They are attractive for a couple reasons to me...
They are simple: They offer 20x upvote value, nothing more, nothing less. If they can't cover that they ship liquid steem to get to that value.
Delegations are free: There is no fee to delegate to the service like many of the other services charge their users.
Everyone is treated the same: Other services reward you if you proxy to them, or if you are a smaller user, etc etc etc. With @upex, everyone is treated the same.
Value: They offer one of the highest vote values and ROIs on steemit.
Give it a test to see for yourself, you can delegate free from steemworld https://steemworld.org/@upex
Thanks for the tip off @jondoe. I will monitor it, but as yet I don't have the spare Steem power to delegate to Upex compared to the return I get each day from my carefully selected curation trail (I follow the Koreans!!). As with any delegation service, you have to have money to make money though (or in Steem's case Steem Power to make Steem Power). I find Steem a real slog as a British Astrologer with an interest in Crypto. What I specialise in is a "niche subject" and it is very hard to get up significant up votes, as majortiy of the whales on Steemit are Korean or from the Sub Continent, and they don't have any interest in what I write about, plus they help each other out within their own community. What we need on Steemit as well as services like Upex is ultimately more diversity of users on a global scale, so that the cream can rise to the top, and we can all win. As it stands at the moment, with the Koreans voting for the Koreans, and the Bangladesh community voting for the Bangla community etc etc. That means that those on the margins will continue to struggle along until we do eventually get this platform humming, and that means making it accessable on the one device we all have with us all of the time - on our cell phones. The quicker someone can create a mobile phone app that is safe, secure, unhackable and easy to use, the better. Then Steemit will fly....

I can't argue with really any of that. Well said!
Are you able to make a better return than getting 20x your vote value by your current method?

At the moment yes - I'll watch Upex and see how much Steem Power it rises to compared to how much I think I can delegate and I'll watch what it is paying out to everyone. Ultimately if it will pay me back more than I earn in a day by voting for the Koreans, I'll join but not yet....

Just to give you an idea of my strategy, I get back three to four times more in curation returns than I would get from one up-vote from Upex at current Steem Power levels. If Upex gets to about 1.25 million Steem Power I will look to shift over as it will be financially viable for me. I follow about 20 of the highest earning members on Steemit - 75% Koreans - I vote on their posts before Upvu votes and the i keep the curation list constantly under review. It works and I get much more back than my own written posts do, unless I get a Booming vote come along....

Upex will ship you back liquid steem if it cannot cover your entire upvote value, so you don't have to wait until there is enough sp there to cover you for the upvote. That or you could always delegate less than your full amount. ;)

Thank you for the tip. I already delegated a bit to @upex, tomorrow I'll see the average with a post. I'd like to delegate a bit more in the future.

Nice! The bigger the delegations the bigger the upvotes! :)
