We shouldn't lower the standard for the SPS

I understand that many have withdrawn their votes for the "Return Proposal," but it was put in place for a reason. Lately, it feels like the standards for proposals have declined, and many of them lack sufficient justification for the work involved.

You received SBD payouts for doing little or nothing, then converted them to STEEM, which diluted the supply and further drove down the price of STEEM.
