Timphan

This one is a traditional Acehnese food which is often used as the main menu during holidays.

Its name is Timphan. One of the uniqueness of Timphan is the ingredients made from a mixture of sticky rice and banana flour.

The combination of these two ingredients will certainly produce a unique and very unique blend of flavors.

In addition, it is supported by the contents of timphan made from grated coconut or srikaya which must make the tasting more special.
