Wow! Thanks for putting this out to all of us... This really resonated with me: "Wake Up and immediately get out of bed. I do some push-ups, standing squats, burpees, etc. to get the blood flowing. A lot of people tend to lay in bed for a few minutes or even hours after waking up - I used to be one of these people, but this is the first hurdle you must get over each morning."

I also used to be incredibly slow at getting out of bed, but I made a habit of just jumping right up and getting to work, it really does make a difference!
