the HOD steemjet Media department,speaking on behalf of my team and I,
The media department which just took a positive turning from being just the Audio department to media department are here with the it's proposal
While we where running as the Audio team we summited proposal which was given initial funding of 300steem by our pilot Lordjames, this funding was done so that we could get the Recording gear for the Narration of the book Olivia and the superstar, at the time we where funded,the price of steem was below $2 which couldn't cover up our purchasing and shipping the Gear down to Nigeria...
So we said instead of just sitting down and waiting for the price of steem to go up to our expectations, which we are not even sure when it will, why don't we start different projects to teach people about steem and obtain global adoption of steem which is the primary goal of steemjet, so we called for and offline meeting with my team and came out with steemjet Radio show, which has been on for a while now and it is still going to continue..

We do Giveaway in all our shows and that's one way of obtaining global steem adoption,but now we are out of steem to give away in our shows.
Still With the 300 steem we where given we made tshirts for our team
We have done different projects and we want to continue doing all this but we don't have equipments to run perfectly,all the equipments we used in all the projects are always rented which cost cus us nothing less than 150steem with the current price of steem now, and not just that we always pay @kekegist for every work he does for us, and that is why we are requesting you hire him into our team

The steemjet media, will take up the task of covering every blockchain and steemit event carried out under the steemjet umbrella as long as we are informed 20 days to the event. Our first event coverage will be
As a result of this, we see a need to acquire these equipment for steemjet media rather than having to rent and also pay for the services of the cinematographer.

This is too much, @dimimp already sent money for recording gear, and its still the same thing you are asking for.
What did you use all the previous money for, @lordjames all proposal should pass through you before been submitted to @dimimp so all this can be properly monitored.
Party with all this funds is extortions.

@sheriffakin thank you for accusing us of extortions and partying with the initial funding of 300steem.
I would love you to take time and go through the break down.
300 steem was converted at the price of 650 weeks back which gave a total of 195000 and to purchase a recording gear from Amazon together with shipping amounted to 150000 naira.
The then audio department thought it wise to maximize the funds by doing more than just recording, purchasing that recording gear was going to be a waste after the narration of Olivia book and so we rebranded to Steem Jet media
We made a total of three videos, vox pop, interview and steemjet media introduction which i believe you saw.
The money we used didn't fall from the sky, you can make enquiries on how much it costs to produce a video, and that was why we decided to bring a cinematographer to our team to help us reduce the cost.
We have an event to cover on Saturday and money isn't sure going to fall from my eyebrows
We were funded with 50 steem for radio show give away and none of the audio team members have laid a hold of anything, we gave it all out.
If we were to charge for our services, it will cost more than this.
We go the extra mile, spend time, energy and money to put up quality content and you stay there to accuse us of extortions
Whenever we request funding it's to get the job done.
It is a serious insult and I'm picking offense.
The media department deserves an apology for this.
And if you suddenly became and auditor or accountant, i expect that you go round other department scrutinizing how they request for funds or spend funds given to them instead of being a monitoring spirit.

Have you sat down to think how much it takes to get cinematographers while yu make a video.
i know you are being paid to make noise and think the other way, but it will be nice to put yourself in people's shoes before making accusations.
Beside its Just a budget, there is no saying that all of it will be granted.
If you would have atleast attended our radio show once - you would notice the kind of ties we are creating amongst ourselves - But you just decide to be on the outside.
