PANIC BUYING! and the WHO advisory of the NCOV

amidst the panic buying of the availability of face mask in my country during the NovelCoronavirus entry in the Philippines
Filipinos scrambled to purchase boxes of face masks in order to protect themselves of the virus
no one can protect themselves with just things like the face mask
the best thing to do is to have the nutrition the body needs
a person must eat fruits and vegetables r8ch in Vitamin C, protein,
vitamin A for eyesight general growth and development
and such other vitamins and nutrients.

has just released concening safety ways in preventing the Ncov virus and living healthy

we must and foremost make it a habit to wash our hands before eating or touching our nose eyes ears etc. in order to prevent any foreign contaminants to enter in our body

the detailed step by step procedures could mean and would help a lot in order to prevent ncov

we must also responsible in the disposal of our own sanitary tissues etc.
we must throw it in the garbage right after we had done using it
we must be responsible since we are also the one whom gonna get endanger if any bacteria or such thing would grow and scatter

if You yourself developed any cough, fever, flu and such
we must be responsible to take medicatiins and wear proper mask etc in order to avoid scatter to other people who have weaker immune systems

And the last but not the least
ALWAYS BE RESPONSIBLE AND ALWAYS TAKE HEED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND PREVENTIONS THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS POSTING
