TODAY MARKS THE 78th anniversary of PEARL HARBOR ATTACK

It was a quiet sunday morning December 7 1941 around 5-6 am when a fleet of Japanese imperial airforces stormed pearl harbor attacking The US fleet based in Hawaii

Japanese Imperial forces wanted to cripple down the US forces in order for themto invade the whole south east asia without problems
!
Within 3 hours thousands of soldiers and civilia s were killed
it sparked rage among americans The then Pres Franklin Roosevelt declared total war the next day and started the Second world war in the Pacific

but it is notalso that they attacked Pearl harbor during those times
The japanese empire also attacked
Philippines and other Southeast countries
it was December 8 in Philippines when Late President Manuel Quezon declared Manila as Open city in order to prevent any bombing runs from the Japanese imperial air force
but The japs still bombed Manila, Cagayan de oro, baguio, cebu and my hometown Davao and other areas
This was our city hall before the war

the Japanese mitsubishi G4m "betty" bombers wrecked havoc in the city dropping bomb in the city hall

they also bombed the local seaport Sasa km 11 was a groundzero

The second world war brought the world into chaos amd disaster but it was those brave men who sacrificed their lives for freedom were the ones who are really the heroes, those men some are aged 18 went to war to fight the tyranny of the axis power and helped the world back to its balance
without those brave men we are not in here maybe we are slaves to axis rule
illiterate, no socialmedia no cryoto currency and no Life
without those men I am not in here today comfortably typing and enjoying the freedom that they themselves sacrificed for
