I completely agree, communities is the way to go. Though, I wonder what the dividing factor would be? Ideas? Beliefs? Shared interests/aims or objectives?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
