steem的白皮书中文版哪位大神翻译下啊，英文版看得不是太懂。中国的新手用户估计没几人能看懂。中国区要发展起来，基础建设不能少啊。

      这个是中文区的中文版本，不是太好用，还是习惯用英文版的吧。
      白皮书的中文版好久没更新了，不知中文区有人跟进没。不过核心的设计没变，只有一些算法上的修改，倒也不用看最新版，除非你想要开发新功能。

                这个必须赞下，翻译得相当好。不过美中不足，steem没有中文名。steem power的转换问题，“SP只能在 2年后通过104同等每周支付转换回STEEM。”这句不知对不？“SP价值超过初始帐户十倍后，在 2年内通过每周支付金额的1/104转换回STEEM。”是这样的吧？
