Expecting one dose of motivation to change things is equivalent to expecting one bath to last for weeks. We have to make it a daily practice. Take some time this weekend to figure out what motivates / inspires you and add it to your calendar frequently.
It doesnt have to be that you'll read a whole page to motivate yourself. Just have some quiet time thinking with cool music also and you'll see yourself getting closer to your goals.
