My 1st post!! please Read!

Salutations to my fellow Steemers, Steemits, Steemites....Whatever's correct.
To start my name is Kevin and above is a picture of me and my family.
This is my first post ever and I'm only 2 months late! Not due to my disinterest, on the contrary I do find Steemit.com fascinating for a few reasons.

STEEM has so much potential to liberate social media to have full use of our 1st amendment. For far too long mainstream social media has has a chokehold on the traffic and profits from OUR CONTENT. And yes they use us all to collectivise into internet ghettos so they can leach from our energy and content. I'm talking about Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and mainly Google using its dominating influence and power to bring traffic to the corporate globalist establishment.
STEEM also brings to us the ability to make money off of our content. Just make meaningful posts that draw intrigue and conversation. Upvoting, rebloging and, commenting, master getting these three up and money will follow in the form of STEEM cryptocurrency. Which you can invest back into crypto or cash out. Remember you get more money if people that have more Steempower upcote and comment on your post.
The STEEMIT community has been very welcoming and has proven to be enlightened by the emergence of blockchain technology. All in all Steemit.com is the bee's knees and is just starting out. I can't wait to see the organic grown of this community 5 years from now.
