Going to steemup

Could anyone go through the steps on how to steem up I have the steem available to send over. Not much but still something since Im planning to start writing on steemit I need some steem power. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

        Click where it shows you how much Steem you have and it would pop up.. Click power up abd set the amount
