USE 21/90 RULE FOR A RICH LIFESTYLE

It will take 21 days to build a habit and 90 DAYS to build a complete LIFESTYLE.
Using this Rule, one can make a healthy LIFESTYLE. It's completely human nature to take atleast 21 days to adapt or leave some certain habits from life.
for example if an individual wants to hit the gym on regular basis they he/she have to quit their bad habits and quiting those bad habits will take 21 days of your life and basically those 21 days will be the most crucial days of your life, if you have control on those 21 days then you can completely change yourself.

21 DAYS
It will take 21 days to build a habit.

90 DAYS
It will take 90 days to build a COMPLETE and a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

This is same for everyone if anyone wants to achieve something in their life
