Views Count In Steemit Is Not Working Properly! Please can Any one Explain it?

When I refresh my own post the view count is increasing! Is it a bug? Are you guys having the same problem?

I got so happy by seeing views for my posts. But Later I realised that these are not the real views. Instead, Our own views are counted.

Is this a bug or Steemit works in this way?
