Honestly, through out last week and this week has been a stressful one for me.. My Work and everything else is trying to look annoying but I'm facing it with a positive mindset.
Many people have asked me, how I deal with it, in the midst of it all I still smile and show a happy face..
So, Today I decided to share some factors, that has been helping me deal with stress and I belive if you try it out it might also help you.
Here is the thing:
1: Other than reacting to so many things in my work place, I decide to act.
NOTE: acting and reacting are two different things
2: Ones stress tries to get to me, I employ this simple technique, I.e taking a very deep breath
3: I try very hard to eliminate Interruptions
4: Schedule has always been my thing, so I schedule for energy and focus
5: I Try as much as possible to eat well and get some rest which is very important
6: Cooling down quickly is a stress killer, and I engage it.
There simple techniques have helped me alot this few days, I believe it might also help someone out there..
